What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of field management leadership career progression on multi-million dollar commercial or industrial projects.
- Builder Background – Credibility as a field leader who is a skilled builder with well-rounded knowledge of all trades.
- Above ground construction experience - GC field leadership experience directing all trades plus direct experience in structural trades is preferred.
- Effective Leadership skills to foster a productive team environment
- Great Communication skills from the field level up to the client level
- Master of Productivity – can spot labor productivity issues and make adjustments proactively
- Safety excellence – builds and maintains an effective safety culture.
- Construction Education – Professional training, certifications, OSHA etc. commensurate with this level of leadership.
